DC Cartel
The Original 1983 and The Original 1983 Extra Hot will do things to you like no other chilli oil on the market, and we are not exaggerating! Circa 1983, the matriarch of Dulcie’s Chilli (DC) Cartel mixed her first chilli condiment in the kitchen of an Adelaide Hills pub she owned, and after 40+ years that same recipe is still being made by her Grandsons here in Melbourne.
